I did a reading at my Mothers funeral, did I want to do it...no ....I did it for her put my big girl pants on, and thought she would want it. Sometimes you have to put others above yourself

Fry a stew-base from scratch every time I want to cook jollof rice. It’s better to pre.-make the stew and have it out of the way so you’re not frying for 2 hours before you get anywhere. It’s just that the specific vibe/aura you want the jollof-stew to have might vary depending on the inspiration, especially if you’re not the sort of person who uses a very consistent jollof-template base.

…I don’t really want to prepare the garden for its winter sleep…/cover the furniture and wrap up the olive trees in their winter coats etc…I much more love to see it all unwrapped in springtime…
