The thing I don’t get is why release all these things after releasing the album on like 5 different albums, it’s not fair on the fans who can’t afford it and it seems greedy from the music fatcats

It’s a great album. Of course there are gonna be people that won’t like it but it’s a lot more upbeat than TTPD and that’s what I wanted the album to be.

She still broke records (not taking that away from her or her die hard fans), just not with her best album. But good on her.

It's not bad, i just think it's average at best, especially compared to some of her previous albums. I've always liked Taylor, but this new album is kinda generic imo. That's not to say others might love it, and that's fine. But the success of an album doesn't automatically mean it's great.

She's the no1 artist on the planet atm, it would have sold well regardless. Throw in her engagement to the NFL guy, she's one of the rare few who can appeal to the bible belt, and the Cali progressive types. She's got it made.

Yeah I haven’t listened so I can’t really comment I guess, but that was just one of the opinions I heard about her latest album. My other friend who loves her said it was good

I’m debating on listening to it on me drive home bc if any of it is like the song New Romantics I may stan
