I'm actually fairly decent with adjusting my body clock, but I've had the last week off of work and for some reason getting a proper sleep has been an absolute nightmare. So it's mixed blessings. Usually I listen to an audiobook before I fall asleep and have on the fan or some other white noise while I drift off. God, laying it all out like that makes me sound like such a fussy sleeper.

…it’s not fussy, it’s just how we ‘condition’ ourselves to sleep mode and that learned behaviour that if it’s thrown out for any reason, it kind of sends our bodies and minds into confusion and unrest/unsettlement, you know…
