might be somehow some good news there for Disney Plus too, considering Netflix doesn't want the content from HGTV, TLC, Discovery Channel, that content will be up for grabs then, and i could really see Disney making a move for that reality content, for their Hulu section
 good move from Netflix, considering their deal with Sony Pictures is also soon expiring, meaning most of that content will move onto Disney it is a lot of money to buy Warner Bros, but honestly with The Last Of Us, House of the Dragon you can easily win back a good share of that money i think
