Sure

An incel is someone who feels unwanted and rejected and never processes that in a healthy way. Instead of building confidence or taking responsibility, they turn the pain outward.

What usually drives it.
A deep sense of inadequacy.
Fear of rejection.
Poor social skills.
Little emotional resilience.
Constant comparison to others.

Rather than thinking maybe I need to work on myself, they decide the world is rigged against them. Women are evil. Other men are privileged. Anyone happy must be cheating the system.

That bitterness becomes their identity. It gives them something to blame so they do not have to face the uncomfortable truth that growth is required.

They fixate on other people’s sex lives, relationships, money, and happiness because it highlights what they think they lack. That triggers rage and mockery.

Textbook
