I do believe it's an established fact in Ian Fleming's original works that James Bond has eyes like piss holes in the snow.

In all seriousness, the baby faced image shown in this thread is not kind to the actor and his potential for playing Bond. A quick google shows me he's grown to look more befitting of what you'd expect a James Bond to look like. In fact, he has a slight touch of Hoagy Carmichael about him. And Carmichael is the comparison Fleming has one or two of his female characters make when remarking upon Bond's looks in the original novels.
