I was thinking Monkey Business was Nicole Scherzinger ,there was definitely a pussycat doll clue in there.

I also thought that there was a clue about Monkey Business being on a judging panel in the last episode, which could refer to someone being a judge on The X Factor or The Voice.

Which made me think of Nicole Scherzinger, Cheryl Cole, and Jessie J.
