Quite a cop out that he was able to retire rather than being sacked and he still doesn't apologise at all but blames a 'political and media frenzy'. Yeah not your fault at all mate, you only fabricated evidence, misled MPs and the public, undermined trust in the police, showed a complete disregard for the Jewish community and yielded to the demands of hardline Islamists
