I assume the police will use
his fully loaded gun - as the reason,
of course, it was back in his car.

My understanding is they pulled it off his person, not from his car...having a weapon in your car is often legal in the US because it's considered part of your home abode.

There's another possible factor.

It's a Sig P320. They're known for unintentional discharges and so some gun brokers won't even touch them because they're considered risky now. Sig has made updates to try to fix it, but it still happens, so there's speculation maybe the gun went off when they went to remove, which is possible, but really rare.

Some people have been able to reproduce it, though. They're popular for LEO and as a general purpose carry piece. We know about it because we own 2 variants and I pushed husband to buy a replacement because it's not worth the risk.

Another police department moves away from the P320 over discharge concerns

the administration really need to get their stories in order because they are now tieing themselves in knots

They justify no gun control which has led to the slaughter of children in schools under the Second Amendment. The NRA say people must have that right in case the government gets out of hand

The government shoot dead a protestor and then say he was a threat when he wasnt even holding a gun. He had a phone in his hand and the ICE thugs didn't like being filmed. They executed him ..... it was murder and the Trump administration blame the victim

…I mean, if they say that it was his gun then it was his gun, if they say that he was armed with it and it wasn’t in the car then he was armed with it, right…I mean they have no reason to lie when they held him down and shot him dead, did they…like they had no reason to lie when they shot Renee Nicole Good in her head when she was driving away…the reason why there is no body cameras is the same reason why phones are being knocked to the ground and destroyed ….these are establishment authorised killings and it’s more difficult to manipulate what the public are being told when there is civilian footage there…but even with that, how can civilians believe the authorities anymore when what they’re seeing and filming is murder in their streets by ‘official agents’…authorised terrorists…

They will tell you what is true whether it’s true or not. Like when Trump said the ICE agent was run over and was lucky to be alive.

They can’t hold up gun ownership as a way for citizens to protect themselves against a tyrannical government and then cry about it when YOU’RE the tyrannical government.

ive seen a much closer video from a slightly different angle. An ICE thug, using excessive force, shoved a woman to the ground. The victim got between the thug and the woman to try and protect her. He had no gun in hand. The ICE thug pepper sprayed him twice and dragged him to the ground. At least 6 ICE thugs were holding him down while another pistol whipped his head. They then shot him 11 times

One time isn’t needed either dude. Watch the video and then watch the video alongside how the DHS described what happened and see how what she says happened did not match what actually did.

I’ll ask the same question as I did near the beginning of this thread. If the didn’t act incorrectly, why are they flat out lying about what took place?

There is video of them being seen from dash of car where they were trying to restrain. They found it on him while they were on top of him trying to restrain him and it looked like they were panicing. And while they were all freaking out asking where the gun is, one guy was pulling out his gun from behind the man to aim. Another officer had disarmed him and got away from the group but then the other dude still shot him.

The argument is maybe he reached for his waistband, which is a common thing they are trained to watch for. Either way, when the gun had been pulled I didn't like the way it looked. He was not involved in restraining him and didn't make sense for him to aim from behind without intent. So I think it is possible he moved to escalate of his own volition and with all the commotion, thought it was justified UoF. The guy never pulled out a gun on anyone. If he were facing officers while confronting, that would fit training. The guy was mid restraint and I don't think the one behind him had good view of his hands.

The only thing I can think of, the man behind him saw the gun had been removed but didn't know where it was and maybe thought he had pulled it out after seeing his hands in that vicinity.

The alternative theory where the P320 discharged on removal would at least explain the escalation but that's empty conjecture without an investigation. The video footage despite being somewhat closer doesn't show all the important moving pieces clearly because of all the commotion and the people involved. And the fact they won't be transparent with evidence and sharing with local PD doesn't help.

he wasn't on the deck when the thug came up behind him and shot him or at least, thats how it seemed to me.

People now have stills from the video so it can be identified pretty clearly. It also seemed that the ice agents all cleared off quickly, leaving that 1 guy to empty his gun into the already dead man.

I'm not used to analysing videos like that, but i felt that 1 agent doing the shooting had lost his temper by that point

who in their right mind is going to visit the USA as a tourist at the moment? There are protests breaking out all over the country. Anyone that looks foreign is likely to get grabbed off the street by ICE. What's going to happen to the World Cup?

Bots is right though. People are keeping away. Global travel across the world rose around 4% YOY last year, yet the USA declined by about 6%.

That pistol is empty and unloaded with mag out. Lawyers would have a hard time proving that was an immediate thread.
