Your definition of Islamic invaders was those seeking asylum on boats. So yes I did. But I certainly don’t subscribe to the idea they are Islamic invaders and the rhetoric of that is hateful, divisive and gross.

It’s not a simple question because it is a fabricated hyperbolic description. Their version of an Islamist invader is different to mine because such a term doesn’t exist for me. I don’t care who comes over here so long as intentions are good. Intentions cannot be then extrapolated to specific groups. If they’re saying they don’t want people coming over with poor intentions, why limit it to those who follow Islam.

95% of people who arrive by small boats go on then claim asylum. We’ve established I have no issue with that. We’ve established you do. Are we both pretending here that UKIP, who have marches with banners asking for mass deportation, are really just talking about the 5% - approx 1-2k people per year - who come over here without claiming asylum who we are all assuming have poor intentions?
