This comment worried me until I actually watched the trailer and saw that the line wasn't nearly as cringe in context, i.e., the carefree imaginings of a toddler who's playing with her toys. C'mon, Mock.

It still doesn't change the fact that it's lame dialogue, regardless of if it's more "realistic.”

And it doesn't excuse nearly everything that America creates in TV and Film post-2016 that also has a lot of lame dialogue in them.
