They seem to be doing both the surgery and prescription together is is a bad combination.

Unfortunately it's become an unhealthy trend ,the tagline seems to be " get skinny just go on ozempic", problem is it's clearly addictive by looks of it . It was a drug for diabetics and obesity but it's just getting abused willy nilly... especially by celebrities.

And like I said if there's other mental health issues going on like ED or depression,then it's just a cocktail of disaster.
