I've been to a handful of Islamic countries, my favourite remains Tunisia and I'd definitely go back there. They seemed to have recovered from the 2015 beach attack where nearly 40 people were shot. A lot of Tunisians put themselves at risk to protect the tourists. I know it's not the same thing but hopefully Dubai will recover from this in time. Still don't want to go though.
