Quand il pleut, il pleut

…I enjoyed the finale but I feel a bit apprehensive about season 2 and whether it can live up to in its storyline …

watched 3 eps last night. A movie-length concept dragged out into a series. Again, like Severence, unlikable characters, poor acting, slow, unenjoyable
Whoever thought that main woman was a good lead needs shot 4/10 |

People are entitled to their opinion. It never destroys my enjoyment of a show if someone else doesn't like it

You are certainly not alone in that assessment; Pluribus, the series created by Vince
Gilligan, has faced significant criticism from viewers who find it "awful" due to its glacial pacing, repetitive scenes, and lack of narrative momentum. Many audience members feel the show wastes time on routine tasks and lengthy, silent travel sequences rather than advancing the plot or developing characters in a satisfying way. Thank you AI

But I 100% agree with you on Pluribus, especially the Movie-length concept part.

I've got to be honest, she didn't really show too much great acting in the pilot imo.
But I'll be fair to her and say that the script probably didn't help her in my eyes.

Opposing opinions is a fun experience imo, as long as the other person isn't trolling with their views that is.

Quand il pleut, il pleut

…this is one of the reasons why I still prefer to watch a miniseries when I know that I can follow a beginning to end storyline and see the conclusion…I think one of the things as time goes by as well, is just the much higher volume of great TV shows and because of that, maybe some new seasons may never get to be made because they have so much to compete with…Pluribus wasn’t a ‘runaway hit show’ I would say that the reviews, both from the media and from the public seem quite mixed so it’s that hope that it will be made and won’t just stay a one season show…hopefully not/I personally loved it and loved the Carol character…
……I used to only watch series that had completely run so I knew that I wouldn’t just be left, fully invested but without a proper ending and I might have to go back to that way if they mess it up …I like series like White Lotus which completes a storyline plot in one season….

Thats one criticism I have of Fallout and House of the dragon. Both second seasons were basically set up for what happens in a forthcoming season, that may or may not see the light of day Last edited by bots; Today at 08:59 AM. |
