how many other hotels in the country have similar procedures. Questions that should have been asked and answered on day 1

They should never give access to other people's rooms. It's just not safe.

She certainly shouldn't have been handing out key cards to someone who hasn't been verified by the victim as someone that she (the victim) actually wants in her room.

The CEO has been on ITV1 & Other TV
today, she was not aware of this crime until after the court
Put him away for the rape

If I were that CEO
I would offer one month of
lower prices to get customers back.

Who's going to use a Travelodge now? Not me, that's for sure...

If you search Travelodge and rape, you will find that this wasn't an isolated incident...was she aware of that?

Jo Boydell, CEO of Travelodge,
…why would the victim accept the apology…a sexual assault through Travel Lodge negligence and lack of basic safety practise is not going to be undone with an apology…it’s not just that, that victim will have shattered confidence in any Travel Lodge but possibly of staying away anywhere alone and being able to feel any sense of safety…I mean, it’s staggering, the lack of accountability that seems to have been taken over this attack…and yet it isn’t because what can be said when a policy allows for a guests room key to be given out to complete strangers…?…it’s terrifying tbh…
