Yep, three times a week. The first and third time each week is weights, cross trainer/treadmill and rowing machine. The second time is boxing. I also go swimming most Sunday mornings whether I've been out the night before or not.

If you're after getting bigger and not just generally keeping fit, exercising every day is wrong because your body gets used to it very quickly and eventually it has next to no effect on muscle growth and you have to keep doing more and more until you physically can't do anything else and its just pointless, but it still keeps you fit. Thats of course unless you're on a specific diet, roids, muscle building formula etc.

I also wouldn't take advice of people offering programmes over the internet- everyone is different and certain people might not be able to do certain things, and things like diet and lifestyle have to be taken into account before sorting one out.

i dont have a programme, but i am a bit of an exercise freak!
I play hockey for my local team, train and play games. And then i play and train for the county.

I sometimes do some sit ups when i feel like it.
