What he did was wrong, but that was years ago and people can change. If he said he won't molest anymore we should give him a chance to show us that he's being honest.

1) Personal attacks are against the rules. Thanks.
2) I'm not saying we should send kids over to his house to be alone with him. I'm just saying give him another chance. As long as he's not alone with kids, not much he can really do anyway, and he wouldn't be alone with a kid after what he's been accused of, even if it were innocent.
