No. CBB5 got some pretty decent ratings for a celebrity series, and that practically was the death of Big Brother.
Ratings won't come in unless there's controversy, and controversy would only threaten the gentle state that Big Brother is in now. It either needs to break the mould and take a radical approach to the series (which I highly doubt would come during a celebrity series) and see how that works OR watch its slow, painful death unfold.
