Hi Janette.
I think the problem is that Mark is still working on updating the main site, so the page is unavailable just now. That's why the link won't work. Hopefully the new site will be launched soon. In the meantime, going to http://thisisbigbrother.com/forum will take you directly to this forum, bypassing the main site. Hope this helps.
