Aw, thanks for you concern arista. I am indeed on a tight budget, but I also don't have the £4 to travel to Asda and back just for one meal.

I tend to get in the cheap noodles, pasta, sauces, meats etc.

in many places AsdaWalmart supply Free Buses
your local Council should get that set up
it is paid for by AsdaWalmart
they want your custom.
I think Tesco do some as well.

And this one Quality meal
is a treat for many.
