I like it more of like a metaphorical box. It could suit with the characters you came up with. They could all be like seeing a phychologist - "the box" kind of thing and learn to get over their issues.

it can just be centered around a psycologist's day and each patient he sees who all have different problems and stuff

Yehh!! One of our six members would have to be the physcologist orr the physchologist could be like a non speaking character. Like there could be entries of the story.
