No, unfortunately not. If a university offers BBC, then they want 3 FULL a levels at those grades. That is basically to stop people doing 5 or 6 AS levels to gain the equivalent number of point. You'll need to keep another one on to A2.

EDIT: it will say on the website/prospectus if they'll take points, e.g. some will put:
Typical offer: AAB or 340 points.

But others will say
Typical offer: AAB

and others:
Typical offer: 340 points

So it really depends on the university, but a 3 grade offer means 3 full a levels
