At about 40 seconds in, one officer is seen to punch the man 3 times for no apparent reason. I mean, he is still by this time. That's when the onlooking crowd get angry. At approx 1:07 into the footage, a member of the crowd is seen to be struck or pushed back.
I really can't see any justification for this kind of behaviour on the police's behalf? |
