I was just thinking the exact same thing (kinda freaky to read something as you think it lol :P).
It's his type that make girls starve themselves, I've known girls like that and it's VERY easy to get to them. Tell them anything that you think would look better and they won't care about what it is, they'll just do it.
Think of Karly. Originally brunette, now blonde cause he wanted it. Wears blue contacts even though she's brown eyed, cause he wanted it. Has a tattoo of his name on her...willing to bet he had her get that for the sake of her questioning leaving him so quickly.
He has money, he's used to getting what he wants, he likes girls that will give him anything he wants.
