If you like Charlie Brooker, I recommend you scour YouTube for any old shows by Victor Lewis-Smith (a big influence on Brooker).
He was also a TV critic and used to present the Channel 4 clip show TV Offal aswell as the brilliant Ads-Infinitum. Some of his material is hysterically funny, silly and quite dark. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-N7tJwgmVs He now writes for the 'Funny Old World' section in Private Eye. |
