He is just a downright, wholeheartedly GOOD human being and his HMs have seen that again and again. Hence there conviction that he will win. Isaac was not going to stay any longer when he realsied he hat a snowball's chance in hell of winning. Time will tell whether the rest of the great British public see enough of the reality of Charlie's goodness that, for me, simply glows through the screen. I wish he would smile a bit more, it really lights up the house when he is in a happy mood. Chrarlie I love his name too, my daughter is called Charlie and she is good and kind like he is. |

Thank you xmynxiex
Why is he in there!? When my mum was having chemo I couldn't stay away. He didn't ask for any news about her, instead choosing a Happy meal from his token. Sorry if that sounded unsympathatic |

Charlie makes me want to puke.
He is an evil dartsab who will say or do anything to get his dirty hands on the Ł100,000. |

I wonder how many other tales of personal sadness the OTHER housemates have, but they are dignified enough to keep it confidential. It is emotional blackmail and should never have got into the public domain.

He is open and honest about this and lets the others know that he does not approve of them attacking people like they do. I notice they try to convince him to join in, but he can't bring himnself to do so.... witness the DR incident with the towels, one amongst many cases. Charlie |

I didn't think he was milking (that's why I had to start a thread to find out) and I didn't realise there was a date (didn't know you could forecast Comas) and I can't change my post now.
I still think he's a nice guy |

Remember Craig? He gave his winnings to a down's syndrome relative AFTER he had won fair and square.

Of course, he won the show on his own merits, just as Charlie will. Charlie |

He's bringing out the sob story now??? Attention seeking and looking for the sympathy vote......
If he loved his mother so much he'd be with her in the hospital.....not prancing around the BB house!!! |

I can't view the LF so I don't know if it has been mentioned if Charlie has siblings or how involved his father is in the care of his mother...some think, Oh well she is in a coma and in the hospital, so what all does he really have to do...well in addition to having to work everyday and support himself financially......believe me..he has alot left to do...here in the states, we don't get to stay in hospital for very long....we are sent to a nursing home and if Family are not there daily to monitor the care and upkeep of their loved one, they may find their loved one suffering in so many ways...clean bedding/clean gowns/given medication properly and at correct times/being fed...the meetings with Doctors and Nursing staff etc etc etc...it's incredibly draining...and these few months may be the most carefree time Charlie has in the next 3/4/5 how many more Years...so please don't begrudge him this...he's trying to earn money for himself naturally, but also for the care and welfare of his mother. I for one, will spare him a little sympathy and hope that even if he doesn't win the money, he has had a few months of peace and fun away from what awaits him when he steps out those doors and carries on with the rest of his lfe. Sorry for the rant--but I needed to get that out. |
