BB would have called him in the DR as soon as he would have got up (at the point where Rod was getting up telling Charlie to Shut Up for the first time, Marcus would have got called in at that time).

You cant deny that if Marcus poked anybody, he would have got in SERIOUS trouble.

Kris told him to do it for a laugh. Charlie didnt tell Rodrigo to poke him, or throw water over him.
