i knew he wouldn't do it. he has problems with authority and people telling him what to do, so big brother offering him 15k wasn't gonna work. maybe if one of his mates in a pub bet him 15k that he couldn't do it, then he might do it but not if a position of authority tells him to. or unless he gets loads of peer pressure from the other hm's maybe. but it seems he's already refused.
