The Devil's Advocate is an office in the Vatican and when someone is put forward to be a saint, their job is to find reasons why they should not be canonised, it is a check and balance system.

However a Cyber Devil's Advocate was a post where the person is assigned a client, and they put forward a fence of that client in cyber Space. Sort of like a barrister in the Cyber world.

When I was a Cyber Warrior in 2001 I was actually assigned to Paul Clarke, but that's ancient history now.

My assignment to the twins as far as I can tell was because of predators outside the house, luckily they eventually were able to fend them off.

As to why I was assigned Sophie, still not sure, the powers must have their reasons
