Default Some BB11 ideas

Seeing as it'll be the last series I reckon they should make it really controversial and evil. So here's some ideas I've just had.

On launch 14 housemates enter. One housemate gets called to the Diary Room where they're told that they'll be moving into 'Hell'. 'Hell' is a room next to the Diary room that contains nothing but a blanket, plasma screen, a toilet and a small kitchen with cupboards containing lentils, rice and chick peas.

That housemate must live in the room without any of their clothes and no shower etc. until further notice. The housemates in the main house are not told where this housemate has gone to. On Sunday nominations take place and the two or more housemates that recieve the most nominations move into 'Hell' with the original housemate. All three then face eviction. Again, the housemates are not told of their whereabouts. They can continue to watch the housemates in the main house. On Tuesday night one housemate gets evicted from 'Hell' and the other two return to the main house with all the knowledge of what they have watched.

This year if housemates fail a task, they get no shopping budget - just rice, lentils and chick peas. They must drink water and live without toilet roll, shower gels etc. Hot water must also be bought on the shopping list this year so therefore if the housemates fail a task, that's no hot water.

Harsher punishments such as housemates clothes being taken away, the bathroom being locked etc.

Just a few... what do you think?

If housemates mutter the words "I - going - leave" they are showered in needles!

I think the complete opposite.

I like the twist, but I don't like the "evil" theme because we've had it the last 2 years. BB9 was specifically "Big Brother: Zero Tolerance" and BB10 was "Big Brother: Credit Crunch".

I want them to make it less like a prison. Housemates are more likely to be entertaining if they're not constantly punished and miserable. If you look at the difference in attitudes during BB9's split house - "Hell" housemates were miserable, moany and therefore boring! While "Heaven" housemates got drunk, played games, sang and danced together.

I believe housemates should work for the winning title and money, but at the same time I think there needs to be a lot less stricter rules and let them just enjoy themselves.

Fair point, and I do agree there.

In that case if they passed tasks then they would be given the complete opposite. A party would be thrown every night, with unlimited songs, lots of food and they would be given a lot more alcohol like the days of BB5 & 6, maybe even one night unlimited. Get something like a Ł500 - Ł1000 shopping budget and can buy lots of new luxuries.

Then do a twist with nominees every week. If the group have passed the two or more nominees get pampered all week with big leaving parties and hampers to get dressed up with, whereas if they fail their suitcases get taken off them and then must leave in what they are wearing at the time. But they could be given the option on Friday to half the following weeks shopping budget (if they pass) to get their eviction outfits back.

Okay, I'm gunna end up doing the longest chain of posts ever with my ideas for BB11, I know I am. All of this is kinda coming from the top of my head, so some might be a bit extreme.

First of all - I think the theme should be "Big Brother: Celebration". The eye could possibly by a firework? And I think that as it is Big Brother UK, that it should feature a lot of British icons. I was extremely pleased to see the bus stop and red double decker bus this year. ACTUALLY...the eye could be a firework with the union jack, so like it's a union jack firework. Dunno if that sounds good or not?

The entrance. I think they need to do something new instead of having the 2sided steps. I think they should keep the diary room at the entrance under the steps, but the stairs could be like Grand Staircase, where it kinda twists around with a big red carpet down the middle. Click this link to see what I'm on about >> http://www.grouptravelorganiser.com/...e_fullsize.jpg . The image shows the Buckingham Palace Grand Staircase, but it could also be linked to the Titanic's Grand Staircase?

I havent read this thread yet but I just seen the first line and had to say this..

Jack_ I have always agreed with all your posts especially Marcus posts, but dont say "the last series"
Its not, I hate how people say that Davina keeps saying herself "the last series on channel 4"

Listen to that last part, "On channel 4"
Means another channel will buy it!

You`ll be seeing BB12

Why ruin a good eye with a stupid flag?

But I do like your idea above about the luxuries making them in a better mood

I'm thinking about how they could revamp BB12 The New Beginning.

How rude! A "stupid" flag. Our flag is NOT stupid.
