She's quality. Great tone to her voice that can't be taught. Just have it or don't and she does.

LOL, I laughed so much at that, and at that moment i instantly took a liking to her (i know shes a good singer as well but she wasnt one of my faves) but she seems very humourous and i loved how she got up and joined the hug on the outside of everyone else.
