Default Kandy Rain judges comments

No matter how 'constructive' the criticism they were given was; neither Cheryl nor Dannii commented on their singing performance - bad judging. I hope they get through to next week; Cheryl and Dannii really aren't going to like them, no matter how much they protested against what Simon said.

It was very contradictory really considering Girl's Aloud's early videos was built around their sex appeal and stuff. In the end though it was typical female jealousy.

Absolutely. They just went and undermined yet another girl group; I realise Kandy Rain did half the damage their selves, but to have two of the judges absolutely rip into you, and not even on the basis of how you sang, pretty much confines them to the bottom two this week I think. Shame!

Very bad judging on their part.... It was a case of the pot calling the kettle black with Cheryl as with girls aloud they have performed in less clothing than Kandy Rain did last night!

Yeah it was definately Jealousy.
When the girls love the boys simon does get a bt funny, but he always comments on the quality of the performance.
But just makes jokes about them judging it on looks.

Hypocritical and jelaous.

If I'm honest they SHOULD use their looks, there's never been a girlband that haven't used their looks to get along at least at the beggining to get along. If you got it, flaunt it.

It really will be girls agaisnt boys in this. I think most girls will not like them, where as most boys will like them.

Generally everyone in the industry uses their looks to help in pop anyway.
Its part of having "the x factor"

Sex sells; and what annoys me more about those comments is that they actually sang really well (or at least, I thought so, I'm not a professional - and there weren't any professionals commenting on their singing either! )

If it wasn''t for the song they probably wouldn't be at risk. They should have gone for something a lot more modern.

They weren't the only ones with obscure song choices - but in my opinion, the acts that did (Kandy Rain, Miss Frank - still haven't seen the second half, currently on Jamie on ITV Player haha) were the better acts last night, by virtue of singing unknown songs.

By unknown, I'm meaning that in a "not modern" sense.

Well they had a point. They keep making such a deal out of what the papers say about their past, yet they walked out on stage in....that. I don't have anything against what they wore. Most of the popstars I like probably wear the same (or a lot less) on stage, but what Cheryl and Dannii said was absolutely true. They could have easily came out on stage in something less risque and slowed things down with it.

Most of the voters for this show are women (Cheryl and Dannii basically) and will probably think the same which is why they'll most likely be in the bottom two tonight.

Yeah I agree, they did shoot themselves in the foot with the attire, but my point is that Cheryl and Dannii didn't even comment on their vocal performance, which is a complete joke - no matter how valid what they said was, they weren't acting professionally because they didn't give any kind of comment on the singing.

Not really. Kandy Rain have only ever siad that they don't want to be judged from being singers, they have on numerous occassions said that they aren't going to compromise their image for the show etc. It's a completely different thing than what the two judges were saying.

They'r going to go tonight and it's a shame because their performance was vocally great, yet they didn't get judged on the performance atall.
