I'd agree with the munchausen if it weren't for the financial gain. If it were munchausen by proxy then she'd genuinely believe he was ill, but it seems that she did it for fraudulent purposes rather than her being convinced of his illness.

So, in this instance, I'd say she is just plain bad.
