A concern of right yes, would not say deep. It is not patronising, the ones who live like that often live in fear of their family. They would be glad of help, the fact is, they are in the Country, they are British born, it does not matter what religion they are, if they are in trouble it is our duty to help them. It is almost like saying, ahh well it's the Muslim way of life, so does not matter if she dies.
