Well, Last night I was on the computer and some how turned on those 'Sticky keys' thing, I dont know what it is its like A Shortcut thing..
Example: If I pressed S it would save my work. If I pressed M it would minus my work. So basically I cant type a full thing or type at all. I turned off my PC last night not knowing that was me saying goodbye because im now locked out!!! Im on my Brothers Laptop btw, But I cant type my Password because the keys wont work. I checked google but no one else is having this excact problem. Is it somthing to do with Keyboard settings? How can I get into my PC? I want to turn this bloody stick keys thing off, but I need to log in and I cant! I have to access control pannel to turn sticky keys off. How can I reset my Password? Without logging on? I just need a way to fix this, Please someone help. Thanks guys

Try typing F8 repeatedly during the startup, and select safe mode. And try booting into it, with any profile.
And you should be able to disable the sticky keys by pressing both shift buttons at the same time. Try that first, at startup, and see if your password will work after that.
