Just think of it from the point of view that if we were all asked that question and all or most thought like you - that could put your loved ones at considerable risk - as to the vast majority of people - your loved ones would be among those they didn't know or care about! Wouldn't be so appealing then!

It's not a huge risk though is it on those odds, especially if you're only pushing the button the once, which I would. I admit it's selfish, but like Enid I admit I'm selfish and I'd want the money to look after myself and my loved ones. I don't really care about people I don't know tbh. Call me what you want, that's just the way I am. Charity begins at home with me I'm afraid.

"Charity begins at home". I completely agree. That's why I hate all these charitable events like Children in Need, lol.

Don't bring religion into this. It's about having a conscience and there's no way you can rationalise this. You're playing with human lives here. And Michelle, you want to be a fecking shrink!!!

I'm sorry - but it would be a horrible world if we all thought like that! What about all those unfortunate children born into bad family situations whose own family don't care about them - where would they be without others to care about them. What if a child of yours became ill - and noone else cared.

Not a world I would want to be part of!
