Yeah I always have that problem when trying to pause videos at a certain point too, bad reaction times eh

Get The Video,
Download it,
Import it to Windows Movie Maker,
Go To Effects,
Use Slow Motion 3 times,
Play it until it gets to the part you want,
Press Print Screen

Yepp most of the time mine are blurry if the video is too fast for me, dont both print screening from videos now

N dubz are awesome they was in Hull a few days ago my mates went to see them and i couldnt get tickets i was gutted!!
