8:30 am Get up have breakfast
9:10 am go gym 10:20 am get home play with dog. 11:30 am have lunch / get ready for work 1:10 pm go work 8:20 pm get home 9:00 pm go kfc 10:30 pm watch christmas movie and a bit of wine to help me sleep.
