I think the situation is not as bad as people make out. Watch this video, I think it is a fake.
Look how they are pushing down on her to make the blood come out the chest, you don't do that to somebody who has been shot. Iranian Propaganda Apparently her name was Neda, and shes been turned into some kind of hero, but I think it's fake.
