That bad then? half an hour is a long old time when you cant do nothing.
My 2minutes of it had me like on my knees in pain tho, eye pain is horrible coz you feel your just making things worse.. lol. and yeah well i dont mind mentioning it really now  just feel i go on for too long lol.
