Default If you are in Haiti do you wonder, where is God?

many survivors must be questioning their faith. where was God in relation to this terrible disaster?

The same place I would guess he was when French colonists decided it was a good idea to build Haiti's capital city right on top of a faultline. But seen as Africans were nothing more than expendable slave labour to them, I doubt they cared. :-/

You know, it's funny that alot of survivours are thanking god for 'letting' them live. The way Christians think I doubt they will question their faith, they have it drilled into them that Natural Disasters are part of the 'plan'

Have you never entertained the thought that life itself is a miracle and that we are luckier than we will ever know that our lives aren't a daily struggle for survival?

I have a lot of sympathy for those concerned on this subject. I had 15 aftershocks the othernight and couldn't find my house too.
