I knew he played from his facebook...but didnt realise how serious he was about it...and didnt realise Id seen him on tv before...looks loads different in shades

If the article means the World Series of Poker Main Event then yes $12,000,000 sounds correct. That has a $10,000 and i think only the top 500 or something cash. If he DID enter, he either made the low money or went out before the "money".

I forgot that 2007 just happened to be the year the changed the prize money around. The year before, the top 12 were all millionaires guaranteed but the next year, it got changed so that the prize was more leveled out. I think only top 4-5 won over $1m in the 2007 tournament.
