Actually there is an argument that a Brit should win a British show. And if you're hiring z-list nonenties why go for foreign ones who are only here for the big paycheck?

Ch4 seem to have a quota thing going which compels them to hire foreign nobodies we dont even care about. This doesnt help the British economy because they just bugger off with the money and we don't benefit either from any career boost they may get!
