I was a chef lol, fecking hard work but I really loved it Did some waitressing, bar work and housekeeping as well on the side to earn extra money sometimes! It's good working in a hotel because you can sometimes do a bit of everything like that, keeps it interesting! Good experience too

I would love to do all of that tbh. In sixth form i might take food technology and then try and be a chef aswell. I love cooking lol. What did you take at school so that you could be a chef? x

I actually didn't do anything towardsit at school, not even Home Ec as it was called then lol.I dropped out of college and did an NVQ, so worked full time while getting a qualification. Really hard work but better than going to college in some ways because you learn how to work/cope in a pro kitchen straight away I was the only girl in a kitchen of like 12 guys though, so it was a bit scary to start with

I loved it really, they were pretty mean to me though. I got hung out of the staff room window by my feet, sent on loads of silly errands, had my trousers pulled down in the middle of the kitchen loads of times And my dad was shocked at the bad language I picked up lol. Good times
