LOL - that's how they do the interviews I reckon - not asking exams or interests on form, just ask 1 question: "What is your name?" and if you get 50% you get interview where they do count spots to see if qualified (this is a bastardisation of Monty Python's Miner/Judge appointment - or was it an early Secret Policeman's Original???)
