People shouldnt really mention names though, not nice to be accused if you havent done anything...

Do you have to use an educated guess to work out who it is, and then try and match their IP's up, or do you have some sort of system in which you search the IP address of the trolling account and see what other members it matches up to?

9/10 times the IPs match.

Sometimes we have to do other things, but not saying too much...as then people will know how to get away with multiple accounts
