I booked 4 of my Take That tickets with gigsandtours(which is a branch of seetickets) and I got e-mails to pick them up at the venue. Don't worry you'll get your tickets somehow

When you pick them up at the venue, is that before show day, or on show day?

On show day,usually not till about 12,I went at 9 once and they weren't open then.
