Hmm, good question

Classic rock always hits well with me whereas with Modern I either love it or I hate it. I tend to play modern bands more but I like more classic stuff... that makes no sense but I'll go with it.

Those guitarist were fecking artists, 5 min solo's, drum solo's so on.

Classic Rock by far. True Rock & Rollers who lived hard and played hard. These new kids sound like clean cut, generic clones of each other.

Both are equally good. though Pearl Jam and the Chili Peppers are my favorite bands, are they considered modern considering the Chilli Peppers have been around 27 years and Pearl jam 20?

Mixture of both, some moderen rock is good, but classic rock is also good. Cant pick.
