Get it into your head, chart position has nothing to do with quality. Miley is a pop act. Her production team aims for the charts. All Time Low are an alternative rock band. They don't aim for the charts.

What on earth has music quality got to do with chart position, it's all to do with opinion you stupid fucking child.
