Well I'm still interested in debating the point so it's not "End of" for me. I don't back down from an argument when I believe the other point of view is essentially wrong.

You have presented absolutely nothing to back up your argument that it is okay to spit on another human being for no other reason than you don't like their opinions/politics. Therefore you have no basis for your open support for common assault except prejudice, which makes your reasoning as abhorrent as that of the BNP.
